Goods For Grades enables elementary schools in low income communities to meet performance goals. We work closely with a liaison at each institution to select a focus and identify eligible kindergarten through fifth grade students. Then, at the end of each grading period, households receive exciting goods and services based on the students' performance.

Attendance. In Chicago, 1 out of 8 students missed at least a month of school in 2012. Making attendance a priority will help children not fall behind in their schoolwork, and provide the social outlet every child deserves.
Behavior: No matter the reason for misbehavior, improved behavior will allow school administrators to focus less on discipline and more on running their classrooms effectively.
Coursework: By rewarding both the students and the parents for strong performance, Goods for Grades strives to instill a good work ethic and study habits from an early age.
